History
Established in 2005.
The Sage Table was born in 2005 when Dara began teaching in the home kitchens of a couple of friends in San Francisco. As soon as she stood in front of her new students, it was clear that it was her calling to share her extensive knowledge about cooking and passion for delicious food with as many people as possible. Over the years, as Dara delved deeper into her studies of herbalism and nutrition, her teaching style changed to emphasize nutritious as well as delicious, a shift that was happily embraced and her classes became more popular than ever.
