I’ve never used Steve before. My only experience with him are 2 emails, only one of which he responded to. It seems my questions aren’t worth his time and my potential project is beneath him. It’s unfortunate because it looks like he does good work.

We worked with Stephen Swan on the cosmetic renovation of our guest bath, and a full kitchen remodel and I can say without reservation that he is the best contractor we have ever worked with (and this is our third major remodel). Stephen is extremely organized, personable, easy to work with, and highly skilled. His advice at the design stage of our project saved us an immense amount of money and heartache. He will offer advice when asked but never forces his opinion on you. He has a fine sense of design coupled with a realistic approach to budget. The subs he works with are top notch professionals. Working with Stephen you always feel that your project has his full attention. I cannot recommend him highly enough and fully intend to work with him on future projects.
