Specialties

Strategic Solutions Coaching is a boutique career & leadership coaching firm based in Berkeley, California. We help individuals maximize their career potential in 1 of 3 ways:

— Navigating the current job market to find the career you want.

— Teaching you how to navigate complex company politics in order to take hold of your career and move it forward in a strategic way.

— Helping leaders maximize their potential by teaching them how to successfully build trust, inspire confidence, create consensus, build strong teams and manage resistance.

We work with clients in person, by phone and by Skype and have clients across the country and internationally.

History

Established in 2012.

Pete decided to found this company because, after 20 years in the helping professions, he knew something about not feeling happy and successful at work. He needed more balance in his life and a more strategic plan about how he wanted to move forward long term.

Once he had a clear vision of that, everything else fell into place. He realized then that the next path for his life was to bring this insight to others. Drawing on this insight, his 20 years of clinical and 11 years of managerial experience, he utilizes proven, research-based techniques to help people feel more powerful in their own careers and more effective as leaders.

He has worked with front-line staff, managers, VPs and the C-Suite in various fields, including marketing, the tech industry, education, real estate, medical, law, start-ups & Fortune 500 companies.
