Rob took a bunch of us out to the casinos, which was dope. The only whack part was the fact that he bounced back to the cabin without me – he just left me at the blackjack table! I called him and he wouldn’t pick me up, so I took a cab back to the cabin by myself. I mean, I won 500 bucks so I wasn’t worried about the money, but what kind of hospitality is that?
So yeah, if you go, make sure you bring your own ride, or some cab fare — there are always some unexpected adventures with this Rob character.

Rob will take you on a magical journey to South Lake Tahoe — whether this is your first ski trip or your 50th, you are guaranteed to have a good time with Rob’s Tahoe Adventures. He will hook you up with the finest of digs — guaranteed hot tub (ladies, behave!) and provide you with endless hours of patient instruction on the slopes and possibly in the hot tub, by request. You need to rent skis? Robbie’s got the recommendation for you. You need a bagel? Robbie’s on it. You need to learn how to ski the bunny hill and you’re shitting your pants just thinking about it? Rob’s there to help you get hooked up with a lesson, or to pray for your ass while it flies down the run for the first time. Just don’t let him take you to that Italian joint. Off the slopes and after hours, he will facilitate whatever your heart desires — whether that is a scary movie at the cabin, ballin out at the casino, or drinking bottles of champagne with a straw while watching football. Too bad this is invite — only. You all are missing out. One warning: he has been known to fake a cramp in various parts of his body in order to get pity massages. It’s a small price to pay for Rob’s Tahoe Adventures.

Carving. Casinos. And a sense of Community. What more could a fledgling snowboarder want? Sleep maybe, but Rob won’t allow it.
My first trip will certainly not be my last.
