My car window was broken at the sun valley mall which sucked. Luckily replacement auto glass was open on a sunday to take my appointment to replace the glass for my 2016 honda fit. It was nice to see the car get vacuumed out and the window replaced, but seeing tools on top of the car was a big turn off. As an automotive student were told not to put tools on the paint of the car of the customer because it will scratch the paint. Repair was done very well and the tech arrived perfectly within his time frame. I didn’t like my new car having tools placed on the paint

Very nice & professional experience on the phone and with the technician that came too. It was really painless having my windshield replaced. Estimated time of arrival was noon-​2pm and he arrived exactly at noon and was done in an hour. If I ever have to get windows replaced, I’d give them a call again. Just kinda wished I saw this Unilocal deal before. Oh well.

Jason was fantastic! I discovered a broken quarter window on my car on a Friday and unfortunately the replacement had to be special ordered. Jason took care of all of this the same day. As promised, the part came in on Tuesday and Jason arrived right when he said he would to install on Wednesday, at my workplace! He finished everything up in about a half hour and you couldn’t tell anything had ever happened.
I hope to never need his services again, but if I do I most certainly will be calling back!

Supposed to come out between 3 – 5. Called and was told about 5pm. 6:30 I called and was told technician was hung up at previous job. No courtesy call to let me know. Tech finally called at 7:20 pm at that point I had wasted my entire afternoon and evening

Jason rocks (not like the one that some random person maliciously hurled at my windshield!)…but in a good way! Same day service, right at my house. We was super fast, thorough, and courteous. What is there not to like? Honestly, I called around and everyone had about the same price. When it came to making a decision, I certainly went with the most pleasant and affordable option. Andrew came, a little late, to replace the window that was broken. He was able to replace it quickly and efficiently, vacuuming out all the glass shards in the process. Fantastic! The only reason I don’t make it a fiver is b/​c I was told he’d be here between 2 & 4 but didn’t arrive until 4:30. Fortunately I didn’t have to be anywhere else, so it all worked out swimmingly.

Was in San Francisco on Sunday morning and my car window got smashed. Found Replacement Auto Glass on Unilocal (they seemed to be the only shop open on Sunday), and 24 hours later they were at my house fixing my glass. (Would have been at a week at the dealership.) Now it’s as good as new.
They turned what by all rights should have been a huge nuisance into a relatively painless experience. Super quick, reasonable rates, good customer service. Highly recommended!

After a trying time dealing with State Farm’s glass replacement third party, I was finally connected with Jason. He was patient, quoted me a great deal and was straight to the point. It was quite a relief to deal with someone that was so easy to deal with and available. Unfortunately, in the end we didn’t use his services as I was overruled and my afternoon was completely wasted. But Jason was great. I’m sure all would have worked out just fine.

No one likes to have to replace a window, i dont think there is any circumstance where it’s a pleasant situation you’re in to have to do so.
However, when you have to bite the bullet and get repairs, i couldnt have asked for a more perfect situation than with Replacement A.G.
Emailed for a quote, got a prompt early-​morning response. They came out the very next business day to my apartment (it was even slightly raining), vacuumed out 99% of the broken glass, replaced the window, took my payment at my front door and left.
Such a pleasant experience for an unpleasant situation, 10/​10, would do business with again. Bravo!

These folks were the only people I could find to fix my auto window on a Sunday in their price range (under $ 200). They were in and out quickly, and came right to my street to fix my car. They arrived a little late, but since they were doing a house call, I can’t complain too much.
Great price with the Unilocal deal. They were hundreds (no really, hundreds) of dollars less than what the Honda dealership quoted me. The window they installed worked just as well as the other 3 that were left intact by the overnight thieves.

Recently, I got into an auto accident that resulted in damages that included a shattered front passenger window. I contacted Replacement Auto Glass and spoke with Jason Lowe, the manager. He was very professional and efficient and was able to send one of his technicians to my home the same day. I had already informed Jason that there were some damages on the door and that I am concerned about it preventing the installation. He was still willing to send a technician to try it. The technician spent several minutes trying it but ultimately came to the conclusion that the installation could not be done. I felt bad that he drove all the way to my house and wasted his time, but the technician was very polite and helpful in guiding me through my next steps.
In addition, I had purchased a Unilocal deal for Replacement Auto Glass once Jason and I had scheduled the technician. Two weeks later, after taking my vehicle to a collision center for repairs, I called Jason to ask for his assistance on obtaining a refund for my Unilocal purchase. He contacted Unilocal for me and led me through the steps. Jason Lowe and his employees know how to run a business that put customers first. If I were to ever need glass repairs or replacement in the future, I know exactly who to call. Thanks for being amazing!
