Literally, Jose and his son William ARE as good as it gets, so they deserve the Unilocal highest rating! («Paul» is Jose’s uncle, who started the business but no longer doing it). Jose was prompt in returning my call and came and did an inspection and estimate that day. We booked a time for 10 days later. He and his son arrived on time and did an excellent job. They did exactly what they said they would and were a pure pleasure to deal with. They are an excellent father & son team and much more pleasant to deal with than some of the corporate companies doing window washing in the area.

Jose is the owner of this business and he brought his polite and hardworking sons with him to clean the windows and solar panels on our 2-​story house. Lots of skylights as well. He did an amazing job and left everything clean and in its place. In addition, he squeezed us in before the Thanksgiving holiday despite having a very full schedule. I would HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone.

I have to concur about Paul’s Window Washing Service. I believe we found them through the old fashioned yellow pages and they were just about as perfect, polite, and professional (and thorough!) as they could be. Jose (the original Paul’s nephew, I believe) and his sons (well, two younger guys, I think both were his sons) were outstanding — crazy conscientious, clean, really respectful and just great to have around. And though I wasn’t all that excited about the whole idea of getting our windows washed (I’m from Brooklyn, we don’t do stuff like that) our windows have never ever EVER been this clean. And we’ve got a lot of windows, and many of them are really high up. Great group, great work, and super reasonable prices for the service. Well done, fellahs. We’ll definitely use them again.

I’ve had Jose, and now his sons, do my windows for almost 10 years. We have many small windows in a 2+ story house and each time they leave I am extremely satisfied with the work. And on top of that Jose is always quick to respond to my call and is completely reliable in every way. AND he and his sons are a so pleasant to work with!

If I could give Jose and his son more than 5 stars I certainly would! They did an excellent job washing our windows and cleaning our home. Nervous about an impending visit from my parents, my boyfriend had Jose come out and do an estimate one day and they were willing to come on a SUNDAY to ensure that everything was in shape for my parent’s arrival. Living on a hill, our back windows had not been washed for quite some time and were sparkling clean by the end of the day. Jose estimated that the house cleaning would take about 4 hours, but given that we have three dogs in the house it took quite a bit longer. I was impressed by how thoroughly they cleaned everything! They didn’t leave until the house was immaculate.
When my boyfriend paid them at the end of the day I was amazed by how reasonable their rates are! If you want excellent, polite, thorough service definitely give Jose a call. They obviously take pride in their work!

Saw Paul’s Window Washing working on our neighbor’s house, and knowing she is a picky customer who hires top-​notch workers I scurried on to Unilocal to check them out. Sure enough, Unilocalers were raving. Called very late in the day and spoke with Jose. Super polite on the phone, came out the next day for an estimate and then the next day for the washing.
I was very impressed with the quality of the work and the care that Mr. Jose and his son took, esp. with the removal and replacement of our screens. They went above and beyond by carefully scraping off lots of paint splatters that I hadn’t even requested. We have 28 windows (2 of them huge 10 ft+ with many panes) in a tri-​level house and they worked so hard… also were so polite and responsive when I pointed out a couple of areas with stubborn stains on the second floor at the last minute after they had packed up their ladders (both involved paint). Price wasn’t cheap but very worth it! They worked almost 2 hours longer than their estimate doing such precise work. Gave them a tip as they were extremely nice and professional. A+! See you next year Jose!

Jose and his sons are terrific! They are very reliable and reasonably priced. A very nice family — honest and hard-​working. I have a three-​story home and the guys got every single window sparkling clean. I had company over the day after Jose and his sons worked their magic and the first thing my guests said when they walked through the door was, «Wow, your windows are so clean.» I’ve used other window cleaners in the past, but these guys are by far the best. Mr. Jose and his wonderful son clean my windows every year. They’ve just completed their annual washing of all the windows, inside and out, including multiple panes, and four french doors, in my large, two-​story house. When I win the lottery I’ll have them come every single month!

It is so nice to find a tradesman that is pleasant, respectful, on time, and leaves zero mess. I could tell from his phone manners that I was going to get great service, and I was right. Jose and his son showed up promptly and did something magic to make my 30 windows sparkle inside and out. I am looking forward to seeing him again after the rainy season to do it again. Paul’s window cleaning is the best I’ve found. I’ve been working with them for more than 10 years and their work is top quality. When they finish cleaning my windows, they sparkle and ive never found so much as a single drop of water on my floors. I simply canot recommend them highly enough.

I just had Paul’s House and Window Cleaning Company come and clean my windows, some of which hadn’t been cleaned in 40 years because they were too difficult to reach.
