Established in 2009.

I have always been the geek that a friend or family member turned to when their computer was acting up or some other piece of technology was giving them trouble. Since leaving my Silicon Valley Technical Support position in 2009, I have turned my skills into a business in the hope that I can help anyone who needs it.

I have been involved in programming and troubleshooting computers since the early 70’s. For over 30 years, I worked as a Technical Support Specialist in Silicon Valley, assisting customers and coworkers with any computer problems they encountered, teaching them how to use their machines and software and managing large computer installations.

I began building my own electronic equipment at the age of 10 and have not yet encountered any camera, cell phone, computer, scanner, printer, programmable thermostat or any other electronic device that I couldn’t master.
