Mark Miller is fantastic!
He is a true professional with over 40 years of experience in the Oakland area. I feel so lucky to have been referred to him!
This review is long long overdo, especially considering how hard Mark worked to help us buy our first home. He was patient with us and our many many demands, worked with our complicated schedules and deadline, and drove us all over Oakland for hours showing us great places. My boyfriend and I had a specific price limit we couldnt afford to go over, not to mention our need for a good amount of space, and our opposite tastes in house styles. When we finally agreed on a place (no easy for us to do) Mark worked his magic to make it happen.
Mark worked so hard for us, and he really cared about our future as homeowners. He wanted us to get the most for our money, and see us happy in a good home. He battled with a very difficult seller and agent, and negotiated one of the hardest sales he had ever dealt with. He is a respected professional, very patient, honest, and funny. I would recommend him to anyone.
Thank you so much for your help, Mark. We had no idea what we were getting into and you helped us every step of the way. You made an extremely stressful situation much less stressful with your insight and patience. Even when the seller was really difficult… not to mention how Mike and I weren’t the easiest people to work with either. You’re the BEST! We couldn’t be more grateful.

I had a wonderful experience working with Mark. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and never once in the course of working with him did I feel he was trying to sell me something just to make a buck. In fact it was quite the opposite — he really encouraged me to hold out until I found the right house for me. And once I found that house, he went to great lengths to negotiate with the seller on my behalf, and once my offer was accepted, again he was fastidious in working to ensure that the whole process of escrow go smoothly, which it did. He was always available to deal with my phone calls and questions, and he was very patient with me as I went through the process of securing my financing, which turned out to be a rather complex process. I feel so fortunate that I was able to have him on my side in my search for a home. I can’t imagine wanting to sell my place, but if I do, I will certainly call Mark, and I have been recommending him to others as well. I second Connie O.‘s sentiment that Mark is honest, reliable and sincere!
