Dr J is a true healer. I have gone to see him on and off over the last year or so. To start with he is a good listener who takes the time to analyze what it is I am telling him is hurting or out of line. He is able to locate any painful or tight spots immediately. He is very intuitive when doing his job. Not only does he take his time with each patient, he is good natured, kind, and very gentle. His office is a relaxing environment with friendly staff. I have visited many chiropractors in the past and Dr J is definitely at the top of the list! I encourage everyone to go and see him!

Dr. Silver is JUST what the doctor ordered! He is extremely thorough in his explanations and assessment of pain and chiropractic techniques. I came in for upper back pain and a prolonged knee injury and I couldn’t believe how much better I felt just after one visit.
I was not only given great tips for home strengthening, but a greater understanding of which muscles were strained and what the causes were, as to prevent further injuries. He has been a tremendous help in easing my pain as well us giving me the knowledge to understand my body and the signals it is telling me. His readjustments and therapeutic massage are great perks too!

Josh is a really excellent chiropractor and also just a really great person. He helps people heal. Which is really the point of going to a chiropractor, although I’ve had enough bad chiropractors to know that this is not everyone’s primary goal.
I have had many injuries in my life and here are some of my bad experiences: After a hip injury I went to someone who used a drop-​table. I kept going week after week, but didn’t get better. Turns out I had a sprain, and the drop table just kept re-​injuring me. (The drop table person was also really into the «marketing» aspect of her business – which should have been a tip-​off.) I’ve also been to chiropractors who were physically very rough in their treatment of me – clearly not comfortable touching other humans. Also not a good trait for a chiropractor. And I’ve also been to chiropractors to whom I am so, so grateful because if I hadn’t gone to them I would be crippled today, and not able to do all the fun things I can do.
Anyway, Josh is one of the good ones. He is gentle but effective, he gets you functioning and on your way, and he won’t bullshit you. If something is going to take a while to heal he will let you know, if it’s not a big deal he’ll tell you that too (Sayonara and see you when I see you!). I also like how he can work with the particular quirks of my body – I am built with «loose ligaments» but it’s pretty easy to slip stuff back in. And he knows how to work with that. Lastly, he is a kind, warm, smiley person – and how can you not like that?
P. S. FYI, this practice likes to use electrostim and light massage before adjustments.

My favorite chiropractor! Josh is a thorough and motivated chiropractor that spends the time to perform the correct treatment. I am a healthy person, but I still appreciate the electro stim and routine adjustment to maintain myself. The office is also very zen and comforting, not like an operating room.
