Bio

Learning has been a lifelong pleasure. In high school my focus was music and art; at UC Berkeley I studied art and art history, with a year of study in Italy. My degrees are:

Traditional Acupressure Institute, Berkeley CA, 1981: state certification

Antioch University, Antioch San Francisco, 1986: BA

Traditional Acupuncture Institute, Columbia MD, 1988: MAc (Master of Acupuncture)

As an acupuncturist, I constantly challenge myself to improve my skills. To this end, I engage in up to 100 hours of continuing education a year, including study with an acupuncture mentor who comes to work with us 2 to 4 times a year.

My passions are collaboration, community, creativity, and travel.
