JB Event Design

I couldn’t be happier with the services JB Events provided! I was looking to rent a tent for my daughter’s recent wedding at the Brazilian Room in Tilden. I reached out to several vendors. Blanca was the first one to respond. She provided me a very reasonable quote, considerably lower than the other ones I eventually got. Actually Blanca gave me several quotes for different size tents and also sent layouts so that I could get a sense for how the chairs would fit in each size tent. When she found out that the Brazilian Room does not allow any staking in the ground, she went personally to inspect the site to figure out an alternative. She also suggested we get lights, which was a good idea, given the short daylight and the rain forecast.
The day of the wedding, Blanca and her crew arrived promptly at the allotted time and worked to set up the tent. There was not a lot of time, and it was raining, but they got it done. We had a wonderful ceremony — we were all dry inside the tent, while outside the wind and the rain were raging.
I did not see Blanca take down the tent (too busy having a good time) but I know that it all came down in time, with no damage to the venue.
I recommend JB Events highly.

They are a great rental company. Blanca fulfilled our order even though it was a last minute order. She personally came to see how the tent was setup and how it would look. I would definitely recommend these people and will return in future for all out part needs.
