This was my first time selling a home so I was unsure of the process. I contacted Gregg and got the ball rolling. He has so much knowledge and expertise in his field that I felt safe having him guide me through the process. Gregg was always there from beginning to end. From the beginning stages of preparing my home for photos to being with me at the title company to sign the last papers to finalize the deal. Gregg was available at all times to answer my questions and would always get back to me quickly if I couldn’t reach him. Gregg’s communication skills are second to none. I personally put a lot of weight on communication and he was outstanding. Another aspect about Gregg that is great is his willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done. I’ll give a short example of something that happened with me during my sale. We were about to close but my HOA would not sign a paper which was holding up the entire deal. Gregg went out of his way to contact the president of the HOA to get some answers. I was amazed that Gregg went out of his way to do this. Gregg focuses on you and the task at hand. Gregg has numerous connections to help gets things done for you. I needed some electrical work done on my home and he knew someone who could do the job and at a great price.
When I am ready to buy my next home I will be contacting Gregg. He exceeded my expectations as a realtor and I highly recommend Gregg.

Gregg is amazing. We used to him to buy our home and later sell it. He knows the East Bay very well and is extremely knowledgeable about real estate. He had a contractor who could also answer questions about renovations.
