Highly recommend Eriko! It’s relaxing and not over priced compare to many other spa. I fall asleep and woke up feeling refresh and my face is glowing!

Eriko is the sweetest woman you will ever meet. I got the natural set, which looks obviously natural but still very noticeable. She takes time to talk to you about what style extensions you want and what suits you the best based on what you are looking for. Her studio is super clean and calming, it’s almost impossible to not fall asleep because it’s so relaxing and she works so gently. No stinging, pulling, or tugging. Her work is intricate, meticulous, and very detail oriented.
My extensions lasted a long time while still keeping fullness, almost around 4 weeks! Such a great experience for first time lashes. Super kind, sweet, and genuine!

I got my eyelashes done with extensions for the first time, and I’m so glad I did it with Eriko. I read other reviews on Unilocal and decided to take my business to her and I’m glad I did.
She has excellent skills with it comes to eyelash extensions. She is very gentle and very patient. She allows you to choose the length and thickness of the lashes and if you feel like uncertain, she gives her professional opinion on the best lashes that compliments your eye shape.
My extensions were very natural looking. Of course, the extensions gave my lashes a thicker and longer look. They weren’t clumped together and the glue she used was very thin.
Before leaving, she gave me detailed instructions on how to take care of my lashes. These extensions lasted for over a month! I did not need any refills.

Eriko is amazing. This is my first time getting eyelash extensions and it was a really relaxing experience. Eriko went over all my options and her recommendations. She was really gentle and the entire setting was relaxing.
With all that said, the results were fantastic. I can’t even tell which ones were fake and which ones are my real ones. I booked my next three appointments because she was already full!!!

I have to start this off by saying that I’ve had lash extensions done now by two other people. One being a friend who does a great job, but getting to her studio is harder since I live in Napa and the other being not so great. She got glue in my eye, my eyes were itchy non-​stop and my lashes were glued together. Like I said, not so great. People say the third time’s a charm and this must be true!
I don’t think I’ll ever get my lashes done by anyone else unless Eriko happens to close up shop and move away. She is super sweet, really efficient, her place is clean and comfy AND we just happened to get along great! We talked about everything from work to family to travelling. I would (and will) recommend her to anyone who asks how my lashes are so lush and beautiful. Her studio is easy to get to and there is ample parking as well as a donut and bagel shop right below her… perks for me thats for sure :) Be sure to book way ahead of time. She is a talented and busy lady, but she’s also very accommodating when she can be. Seriously, you won’t be disappointed.

Eriko did such an amazing job. She under stud my needs, i didn’t want something dramatic and i wanted my eyelashes to look natural. Love them! These eyelashes are still on after two weeks later! I wouldn’t hesitate to come see her again. If its your first time this is the spot to come. Every other place will charge you an arm and a leg. =)

I decided to get my eyelashes extended before I went to friend’s wedding in Hawaii. I came across Eriko’s Touch when I was looking for a place in the East Bay. She had the same name as my cousin so the appeal was even more. The great reviews also helped to make my decision to go there. I made the right choice! Eriko was really sweet. The process took about 2 hours. The room was relaxing. Spa like music. The aroma in the room. You can definitely fall asleep. Eriko has a big selection of eyelash length and style. She allows you to pick what you want but will recommend what you should get for the look you are going for. I was really happy with the results. Does not feel like anything. Up keep is a bit difficult but definitely worth it. I highly recommend Eriko’s Touch to get eyelash extensions.

My sister and I came here for eyelash extension and it was totally worth it. Eriko was warm, approachable and totally welcoming. I loved her cute cozy, relaxing studio named Nourish. An apt name since it was really soothing. She really took her time and it was pleasure to have it done. I didn’t felt rushed at all. It was so relaxing and comfortable that my sister even fell asleep during the application of the eye lashes. I had the extensions done in Japan before but Eriko’s skills are just as amazing if not better since she is very detailed oriented and can help you pick out the eyelashes that will look good on you depending on the eyelash length, thickness, of the eyelashes (natural, cute, sexy, etc). Would recommend this to anyone looking for this type of service. She also does facials and skin care and would love to try those as well.

I had my first facial at Eriko’s and it was an relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I highly recommend her but please in advance bc she is always fully booked, especially for eyelash extensions, at least two weeks ahead. Also, if you are not familiar with berkeley, its hard to find her shop bc Unilocal kept pointing on the wrong direction. I had a hard time finding her shop and had to call her for directions. She is between a café and bagel shop. You have to ring the bell and she will let you in and its on the second floor. Hope this help and finally just wanted to say, Eriko is very cheerful and bright lady and I will definitely go back.

i got eyelash extensions from eriko, she is talented, kind, and patient. the studio is very serene and quiet, with easy parking. eriko’s lash extention prices are very good compared to other places i looked at. this place is a hidden treasure. i’m definately hooked on the extensions.

Making this one short & sweet — Eriko is awesome and her studio is immaculate! My lashes look beautiful and feel 100% NATURAL. I went for the, reasonably priced, trial and like the results a lot. I love being able to feel pretty without makeup, especially since I don’t know how to apply it well, and if you do too visit Eriko’s Touch.

I was referred to Eriko from a friend that received a great facial from her. The place is very comfortable and relaxing. Eriko was friendly and professional.

So I found Eriko after months of researching eyelash extensions from San Jose, San Francisco and the East Bay. These were my criteria:

I am going to start off by saying, I am a very impulsive person. When I want something done, I want it done now! But I was not willing to compromise on quality. When I contacted Eriko, she was able to sympathize with me. She scheduled me for an appointment 3 days after my initial email with her. But she let me know as soon as she had a cancellation. So I was able to get my lashes done so much sooner!
I live in Berkeley, so getting to her studio was a breeze. There is also tons of unrestricted street parking in front of her studio. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by the lovely Eriko.
Her studio is well decorated, smelled nice, but not overbearing, soothing, clean, and trendy. She sat me down to go over my preferences and expectations. This being my first time getting my lashes done, I trusted her expertise. I did tell her I wanted something natural, I curl my eyelashes, and I wear Dior Show mascara. She is professionally trained and her licenses and certificates are hanging on the wall.
I was 26 weeks pregnant when I got my eyelashes done by Eriko. Her bed was warm, clean, and as comfortable as it can get laying on my back for 2 hours at 26 weeks pregnant. She was very accommodating with the bed temperature, water breaks, and making sure I was comfortable. We had very good conversation, and she recommended a dim sum restaurant to me, which I will also review today. It was awesome. Eriko also smells nice. Which is important if someone is going to be hovering over you and talking to you for 2 hours.
After my lashes were done, they were just beautiful. They were long, they were curled, and they looked natural. I could tell during the application, that Eriko is very meticulous about the process, ensuring that each lash was separated and did not stick together. They were a little longer than I had in mind. But to anyone else, I’m sure this is not an issue. I just trimmed them a bit when I got home. (I do not recommend doing this on your own. But I come from an aesthetic background so felt comfortable doing so. I’m sure had I called up Eriko, she would had easily done this for me)
Over a week later, my eyelashes still look awesome. I do not use mascara I just wake up and wash up and go! Because my eyelashes are longer now, it is more obvious when I naturally lose an eyelash due to the normal growth cycle of lashes. However, this has not made a difference in how my eyelashes look overall. At this rate, and because I do take good care of my lashes, I do not anticipate having to see Eriko for a couple weeks. But I look forward to seeing her again!

Eriko is very nice, friendly, highly effective and methodical about her practice! Her studio is very soothly, I could’ve slept on that heated bed all day!
I went to her for a facial and was very impressed by her extensive knowledge of skincare and the products available. I’ve already made a follow up appointment for next month!
I’ve always had a problem with my pores and am never really sure what to do about them and she has this little vacuum tool that she used to gently clear them — my nose looks fantastic! Also, she has a lot of specialty products that are natural, feel great & not expensive at all!

Eriko is fabulous. I saw her for eyelash extensions and an eyebrow and lip waxing. She is very conscientious about every detail of your client experience. I had back issues before my appointment and had to change my first appointment as a result. She was totally accomodating and let me know of circumstances that could possibly be an issue when coming to her office for my re-​scheduled appointment (a flight of stairs, etc.) — so she anticipates your needs which I think is the hallmark of excellent service. Her office is beautiful, well appointed and very clean. Her work is very detailed, precise and careful. Try Eriko if you want precision perfect work, and aren’t rushing to get in and out of a wax, facial or eyelash studio. My lashes look amazing and my brows are on point. Most of all, Eriko is very kind and great to chat with if you feel like chatting, but she’s not a chatterbox either. If you’re in there for a couple of hours getting lashes put in, it’s easier to pass the time with a little conversation, I find. Prices are excellent for the quality of her work.

Eriko is the fountain of youth. If Eriko can look this young and beautiful at her age then she obviously knows a lot about taking care of skin. I completely trust Eriko. She is honest, direct, kind, meticulous, and has a real passion for skincare. I had a light peel today and she took her time with me spending more than an hour on me and my skin looked amazing afterward.
It was also very nice that she gave me a complete aftercare kit. At a different spa last year, I had stronger peels and were not provided with an aftercare kit or instructions. The fact that Eriko offers the kit along with her peels just shows how serious she is about taking care of her client’s skin. The price points are not cheap (90 dollars per peel) but with Eriko’s 5 star service and the aftercare kit, 90 dollars actually feels like a bargain!
I am definitely coming back but I just need to figure out which service I want because there are so many good ones. Thanks Eriko!

I had my eyelash extensions one month ago, before I went to Eriko’s studio, I asked questions about my eyelash extensions concern. Eriko is super patient and reply my questions so frequent. I end up having my eyelash extension plus eye brow design. I love it, and the price is half cheaper then doing in San Francisco. I am a little sad I missed the one month refill half price time, and now I am going to my another trip. Highly recommend this homey studio.

I have had several services done with Eriko and she is just amazing. She has a keen knowledge of each technique and uses the best products. She takes great pride in work and you can feel this on every aspect of her service. Her facial technique is excellent and when you get a waxing with her, rest assured that every single hair is going to be gone! I love this place, I’ll definitely be back!

I got the best facial I ever had from Eriko recently. Every move seemed perfectly studied. Very premium feel like in a very high-​end resort spa. Eriko makes it very comfortable and relaxing and makes sure you understand everything that is going on. Looking forward to my next one!

I wish I could give her 6 stars! Just had a wonderful facial from Eriko. So relaxing I actually dozed off for a few minutes. Eriko is so sweet and knowledgable and her studio is so comfortable. There’s absolutely no pressure to buy any «product» like at some of the places I’ve been to. Can’t wait for my next appointment! Highest recommendation!
