I stupidly took my MAC pro to the beach and got sand in the fan. Matt talked me through the back up process before he arrived. He ordered a new part and returned 2 days later to install it. Matt offered assistance if any issues arrised as a result. They are definitely my «go-​to» for any other issues. I won’t miss the queue at the Apple store.

My Mac was hanging right after booting. Matt did a great job fixing it and explained everything being done as the issue was debugged.
Contact was easy, we left a voicemail and soon received a call back to schedule an appointment the next day.
Within an hour my old 2009 Macbook received a new disk, and was re-​imaged with Yosemite. Matt recovered all my files from my old disk and it’s worked great since.

I’ve been having trouble with my iMac wireless mouse doing some crazy antics on its own so I gave Matt a call. He gladly talked me through some troubleshooting without any hesitation. I don’t think very many people would have been happy to help without having me bring it in and wanting $$$. He was super nice and asked me to keep him posted on the outcome which by the way worked great. If you need Mac help this is the place to go!

Matt did a great job fixing my computer. I had a ton of viruses that I had gotten and it was really difficult to surf the net and do the things I needed to to. He was on time, very knowledgeable about the different types of viruses out there. I thought I only had one but I had several! He quickly got rid of all them, did thorough check and fixed it. He even had a enough time left over to double my internet speed by changing it to a different channel, which I had no idea existed or was even an option. He also had some suggestions of what I could do once I start running out of room on my mac, because I have a lot of stuff on here. I highly recommend Easy Mac Support and will be going to them again the next time I need help with my mac.

I’ve never had any work done by Matt or his company, but I’m impressed nonetheless. After seeing all the great reviews, I thought I’d email Matt and ask for some advice on buying a used Macbook Pro. I thought it was a long shot that he’d get back to someone he never worked with, but to my surprise he contacted me the next day with some great advice. On top of that, he offered more help if I needed it as I continued on my search. Wow! When I get my Mac, there’s no doubt I’ll be contacting Matt when my computer needs repairs!

Matt is amazing. He always comes to our office for quick projects or longer more involved. He will give us a priority list of what is important to fit our productivity and our budget restrictions. He even helped us buy and set up used computers. He is a MAC wizard. I highly suggest using him. He goes above and beyond.

i go to school in LA so when my mac died on vacation in the bay i freaked out. i found inhomemac and took it in. matt and kyle were awesome, they made me feel better about my data (which i was worried was lost forever). they also worked with my schedule since i was going back south in three days. i had my mac back like before and was on my way. thank you so much!

Wow inHomeMac is about awesome as awesome gets. My mother-​in-​law wasted a glass of white wine in my macbook pro keyboard that she wasn’t suppose to have in the first place. I took my mac into inHomeMac and they had my computer back to me the next day with a working keyboard. Most important they didn’t break the bank. I had a great experience doesn’t really get better than that!
