I agree with the second review. They need better customer service. I call all day today, Thursday, and no one picked up the telephone. I left messages twice. No one returned the call. I went to their website and there is no email function. In short, I will not beg them to take my money or service my needs. They need a better business manager, and for sure a receptionist.
I will shop elsewhere. You should too.

The staff are all highly professional, patient, and considerate. My husband has been using their services since we moved to the Bay Area six years ago. He would not dream of going anywhere else because he so enjoys the respect, knowledge, and good-​humored joshing that he receives at every visit.

I had a great experience at Berkley Hearing Center getting custom Westone ear plugs.
The staff were very friendly and professional, and took the time to discuss options with me. The price was good as well, but more importantly I felt well taken care of. I recommend it for anyone looking for custom ear plugs.
