Incorporated 2011, Bay Reach Homes is a subsidiary of CCS Enterprises, INC. Curtis Sakai is the founder and a California native and long-​time Berkeley native. A UC Berkeley grad, Curtis decided many years ago that the Bay area was the best place to live, work, and play!
