I have been seen Katie every other week for the past year for acutonics and acupuncture. I went to her at the beginning of a weight loss and fitness program, through which she was not only a great acupuncturist, but a phenomenal coach and guide.
Having lost 60 pounds though a combination of Katie’s help, and changes in diet and exercise regimen, I am continuing to visit Katie to stay balanced and healthy. I hope to continue to work with Katie forever if I can! Her treatments and care are truly life impacting and helpful. I cannot recommend Katie highly enough to anyone who would like to explore Eastern medicine and health practices.

I’ve had several other people do acupuncture on me and Katie Mink is the best. I just wish she was closer to where I live. I don’t even feel the needles when Katie inserts them.

Katie is outstanding. I was an acupuncture skeptic but she has worked wonders for me during my pregnancy. She is the source of everything that has made me feel better during my pregnancy– both through her treatments which improved my energy level, sleep, mood, digestion, and even seemed to stop worrisome early spotting, as well as her practical, down-​to-​earth tips and supportive encouragement through all. On several occasions I would arrive home from work, and find my wife lively, energized, ready to do/​go/​be. The first time I asked her about her day, and she told me she had seen Katie Mink. The next time, I received the same response… again, and again.
I am a bit of a skeptic, and I don’t always believe in the power of esoteric healing arts.
So one time, just before our birth, I asked if I could join her. The session I attended was beautiful, Katie’s use of the needles, combined with some beautiful gongwork, was deeply relaxing even for me. Then, as she wound down her treatment with my wife, she took some time to work on me!
