Super good price! Also, i was planning on vacuuming out all the broken glass (car was broken into) after getting the window fixed but these guys did it for me without even asking them. Quick and amazing.

These guys made it easy and fast to get my smashed car window fixed. They even went out of their way to find a better deal on the glass piece that had to be installed! Awesome service.

This company deserves the plentiful top ratings that they receive. I called a day ahead to get a quote and right off the bat they could see me the next day at half the cost of other mobile glass outfits. Because it was raining, I opted to bring it to their shop and they had me in and out in under two hours. Expertly done, friendly, and even offered advice for another automotive issue I had that they didn’t work on.

I got a particularly nasty chip with a hole in my windshield and got it repaired the same day. I can hardly see it. Excellent work. Quick service and reasonably priced. As a rideshare driver, I’ve seen my share of chips and have been to numerous shops. These guys are the best so far.

My car got broken into and I called gieco and one of their suggested glass places was them. I called and they give me appointment for the next day and they were very nice over the phone explained me the process and they were ok that I will not be present and I’ll send one of my firends. They vaccum the glass and gave amazing service. Hope I don’t need their services again though :)

The car my daughter drives was vandalized in SF last night while visiting a friend. I called another company we used before to come to our house to replace a broken small back passenger window, but they did not answer or return my call. I found Auto Glass Express on Unilocal.Their mobile unit was stretched, but they said I could bring the car into the shop that day and get an extra $ 10 off. Because my daughter wanted to go back to the City tonight and it’s been drizzling rain, I decided to have Auto Glass Express do the job. They took me 30 min early and were done in 40 min (they said it might take 1 hour). The ladies who run the front office (Allison and another young woman) were very efficient and friendly. Dealing with them on the phone and in person was a pleasure. The job seems to be well done.
Not only was the window broken, but the trim area is missing and part of a frame is bent. So now I have to take it to my autobody guy to get that missing part replaced. I’m just hoping when she parks the car on the street tonight that it isn’t vandalized again and damage done to the good work Auto Glass Express did.

Fast, easy, helpful. Quoted me the exact price (including tax) for a window replacement and had an appointment available the next day. In and out in an hour, including cleaning all the broken glass out of my car.

A very satisfied customer. They exceeded my expectations. Installed a navi, rear view cam, sub and amp. Everything was done well. The wires were out of sight.

Everyone I dealt with at Auto Glass Express (Ladan, Allison, Roberto, Fred) was knowledgeable, professional and extremely good at their jobs. I had to replace the windshield on my car and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Their price was very reasonable — you can have the windshield replaced at your home — and they go to great lengths to keep you informed throughout the whole process.
I can’t say enough good things about them — this is a very well run business.

AUTO GLASS EXPRESS is definitely engraved to my speed dial list if ever in need of auto glass repairs. Just the other night my driver side window had been bashed in. Searched the Internet and found two companies… AUTO GLASS EXPRESS was perfect from price, customer service, and installation. The service rep scheduled a technician to come out the same day and do the repair.
Mark had been a little behind schedule due to a black out at their shop which I didn’t mind, he gave a courtesy call when he arrived. Very nice and professional, only took one hour and had me a functional window. Properly cleaned work area and had no hidden fees from what I was quoted. Got my car broken into last night and called in when they open today to find out they have availability and can get my car fixed today. Process was unbelievably quick and the person who helped us was very helpful. It is a way to turn a lousy situation better. Thanks Auto Glass Express! I found Auto Glass Express on Unilocal while researching companies that could repair a couple of chips in my windshield. I called them at noon today, and was told I could bring in my son’s car at 3:30 this afternoon. Ladan quoted me $ 50 for the 1^st chip, and $ 10 for the second.
I was greeted by a very friendly technician (sorry I didn’t catch his name) who immediately went to work on car. 30 – 45 minutes later he was done (long enough for me to walk over to Everett Jones to pick up some BBQ!) Both he and Ladan were so helpful and friendly. They explained that if, for any reason, the repair should fail and the windshield continue to crack, they would apply the cost of the repair towards replacing it with a new windshield. (An estimate for a new windshield for my Toyota Camry was in the low $ 200 range, as they use after-​market glass from a company that also proves windshields to car dealers.)
As he gave me back my keys, the technician mentioned it looked like a repair had already been done/​attempted on one of the cracks (which I hadn’t realized), so that he was taking $ 10 off of my bill. I thought this was extremely generous, as he had gone ahead and done the repair, but, based on the results, surmised that a repair had already been attempted.
Ladan and her husband own the company. Based on the time I spent in the office, I could tell they run a top-​notch business — friendly, efficient, and professional. (The three cute little dogs that some of the staff bring to work were an added bonus!)
Although you have to bring in your car for chip repair, they have a mobile service for auto glass replacement. I hope I don’t ever need new auto glass, but if I do, they’ll be the first people I call!

Came here to get my my front windshield and my rear passenger window replaced on two separate occasions within a month of each other.
Ladan was really helpful and worked around my schedule to arrange an after hours drop off.
She helped me stay within my budget and even gave me a repeat customer discount on my second visit.
Work was done well, no complaints.
Great communication, super friendly.

Auto Glass Express is exceptionally deserving of the five stars. My back driver side window was smashed in while I was at work. I called them after their business hours and they answered. I was surprised to be scheduled for an appointment next morning. And I was in and out in less than an hour. One of the nice young ladies even suggested a café with free wifi less than a block away that I could go to while my car window was being repaired.
Very convenient. Great customer service. And they also cleared all the glass from the interior of my car in addition to all of the dry seaweed and cracker crumbs my six year old child left behind on my back seat and floor. Talk about going above and beyond! Do not pass this place up.

Our truck was burglarized and the windows were smashed in. The people at Auto Glass Experts were great to work with. The person I talked to on the phone was patient (even though I was a bit aggravated due to the circumstances), made an appointment for the next business day (and gave me an accurate estimate over the phone), and everything was completed in about an hour and a half (including them cleaning the broken glass from inside the truck – was NOT expecting that!).
Much appreciation to them for making this unfortunate experience a bit more pleasant.

Earlier this week, someone smashed my window. I live in a kind of sketchy (although wonderful) area, so it wasn’t first nor was it the last time my window was broken.
The folks at Auto Glass Express did things right. They quoted me a reasonable price, set a clear expectation of when the work would be done, they called to let me know when the work was done, and they put in a window that was in better condition than the one that was broken.
I was very impressed with their level of customer service and the quality of their work, especially because they charged me substantially less than what I’ve been charged for similar work at other shops.
Oh man! And, they were meticulous about making sure that all the broken glass was cleaned out of my car.

When my car was broken into, the glass was shattered everywhere. It was raining and miserable. I had no idea what I was going to do until a friend posted on my picture on Facebook and recommended Auto Glass Express.
I checked Unilocal and saw all the 5 star reviews. Could this be true? I needed a new window so badly and decided to call them first thing in the morning. The price was over $ 100 less than the online quote I received from Safelite, so I made the appointment right away. Plus we received a $ 10 off with check in.
The repair man showed up at our place, replaced the window and cleaned up all the broken glass. It was done so quickly, that when I returned home that day, my car was fixed.
It’s a terrible feeling to have your car broken into, but Auto Glass Express made it easy for us to get the window replaced as soon as possible and move on.
