Auto Doctor Used Car Sales

I bought a car from this hell hole and two weeks later the starter went out. I called the owner Joe to have the car fixed because I had a warranty. This guy gave me the run around about fixing it so finally I had a mechanic I knew to fix it (which per my warranty is legal). Joe was upset that I took it upon myself to have the car fixed because that amount had to be deducted from my payments. Also prior to the starter going out I called and told them I noticed a really loud vibration on the left driver side I was told it would be looked.
For weeks they could not to get in touch with there mechanic they kept scheduling appointments for me to bring in the car and then canceling them. Finally they were able to get someone to look at the car and the mechanic did not want to tell me what was wrong with the car instead he spoke in private to the owner. Once they returned I asked again what was wrong with the car the owner shouted at me if I wanted a new car I should have gone to the Honda dealership. 2 months later I was driving home from work on the freeway and something fell off the car and it clunked out.
Please save yourself some time and stress and do not do business with these guys they are scam artist and they take advantage of people. They are rude and will take your money and leave you high and dry.

I purchased a good used Lexus from Joe at Auto Doctor. Joe is a down to earth reasonable business man. I needed a car badly, gave a down payment of $ 1500 and was driving off the lot the same day. Just make sure you do your due diligence, Carfax etc. Highly Recommended!

Joe the owner is really cool guy, He works with customers on down payments and car notes, I’ve gotten three cars from him, I got a car from him had a issue he paid for it to get fixed with out me going out my way, just a side note the car was sold as is, He like repeated business so he helps his customers unlike some of this dealers in the bay who want you as a one time only customer. I can go on and on but you will have to come down and see for your self. He is so cool I come to make a payment he tells me to have a seat and talk.
