Business Owner
I grew up in New York, and attended Dartmouth and Vassar Colleges, where I was among the first male graduates in 1971. I then moved to California, and did graduate work in English and theater at U.C., Berkeley,. After that, I woked in professional theater for 10 years before returning to U. C, Berkeley’s Boalt Hall of Law, where I obtained my law degree in 1989. My practice covers most areas of civil litigation. I’ve successfully handled all kinds of business disputes and real estate matters. I am married and have two children, who both attended and graduated from Berkely public schools. I am an avid reader, especially of history and contemporary fiction, and a fanatical tennis player. In the Berkeley community, I served as a baseball coach for over 10 years, and was active on various school committees, and on the boards of the Aurora Theater and the Berkeley Tennis Club.
