History
Established in 2007.
Amira comes to the Alexander Technique from a background in project management. She worked long hours at the computer, as many people do, and experienced severe back and neck pain as well as numb fingertips. Through the Alexander Technique she realized what it was that she was doing that caused her pain and now functions pain-free. This tool helped her say good-bye to chronic neck and back pain. Her experience lead her to delve deeper into the Alexander Technique and train to become a teacher.
