We are so happy to start working with Alternative Technologies. The customer service was great and the technician that came out was an expert. He was able to help us out, while prior IT’s have not been able too.

This company rocks! From the customer service to the tech guys to the sales team, all super friendly, very knowledgeable and quick to get things done!
They did all the internet wiring/​cabling and installed all of the ethernet ports in the 9,000sq ft coworking space I opened in June 2013 (NextSpace Berkeley). This is a two floor facility with around 100 ports, so it was quite the work load. They got everything done exactly on time. It was the easiest thing for me to manage throughout the entire construction process. They knew exactly what to do. It was so seamless that I barely had to check in on them.
There were a few delays on our end so they couldn’t complete a couple parts of the project until later in the process, but as soon as we sorted things out on our end they were in our space right away completing their end of the project. I was super impressed with their flexibility and responsiveness.
Also, any time I call their office someone always picks up the phone, is super friendly, and gets a tech to call me or show up at my door right away. Anytime I email them, they respond within the hour.
I couldn’t be happier with the level of support and skill they have given my company. We are projected to open more spaces and plan to keep using Alternative Techs as much as possible.
