Then there are times when filtering through the confusion of thoughts and feelings is the way to find your center. Either way I bring my 25 years of life and healing experience to help you find comfort in your body, heart, or spirit. Being centered and grounded is the commonality in all healing.

Adi Shakti is an absolute gem. An intuitive healer, she’s very smart, very skilled and a seriously talented massage and body worker. She’s also, unlike me, a deep thinker. She’s very down to earth, totally above-​board, friendly, genuinely interested in people, and is happy to chat (with schmoozsters like me) or work in near silence (with folks like my wife). Either way you can’t help but emerge from an Adi Shakti session feeling anything but rejuvenated, weightless (no mean feat for me!) and that the world is a far better place than when you walked in her door. Plus, her amazing services are exceptionally well-​priced. She’s an incredible find. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

Kind, stong, intuitive, and THE BEST MASSAGE THERAPIST IN THE WORLD (and I’ve been to a lot). Really, I am not exaggerating – she is gifted. I have been going to Adi for nearly a decade and she has been a blessing in my life. Her private studio is clean, quiet, and peaceful, with very good energy. Lots of free parking nearby, so you don’t have to stress before your massage. She does Rosen work as well. I LOVE ADI!
