Aaron F. Steinberg, MA, CPCC is a romantic relationship coach, working with individuals and couples to make their love lives more sincere and fulfilling.

History

Established in 2010.

In 2009, Aaron was a struggling professional poker player, and he was trying to figure out what he wanted to do next. He spoke with his dad, and they realized that Aaron’s favorite thing to do was talk to his friends about their relationship issues. He first thought he wanted to be a therapist, but then in meeting Life Coach Jenny Blake, he realized that coaching fit more with his goals.

After finishing school at the CTI, Aaron opened up shop but he started getting most of his work from pro poker players, helping them work on their mindset such that they could make their best decisions. In 2012, he was employed by professional player Ben Sulsky, to work with his group of backed players. During this time, Aaron also got his MA in Integral Psychology from JFK University.

At the beginning of 2014, the poker backing business was down to a few key players, and Aaron decided to dedicate himself to his original dream, and he started this new branch, romantic relationship coaching.

I grew up in Fairfield, IA in the Transcendental Meditation community. After high school, I went to Occidental College where I got my BA in Mathematics, and developed a strong interest in romantic relationship dynamics, both from my own experiences and observing others. During college I also played on the golf team, and golf remains one of my favorite activities.

After college, I worked at a women’s clothing company and as a professional poker player, because I didn’t know what I wanted to do and my brothers are very successful professional poker players.

I decided that I wanted to pursue a profession where I was working with people and helping them grow, so I went to life coaching school, and then got an MA in Integral Psychology.

As romantic relationships have always been my favorite thing to talk and think about, naturally I decided this would be my expertise and I’ve helped hundreds of people define success in romance for themselves and work toward those goals.
