I’m writing this at the risk that once the secret is out, I’ll have a hard time booking her. But here goes… Olga is the MOST AMAZING esthetician that I’ve ever had. I’ve had dozens of facials in all types of places from 5-​star resorts to high end sports clubs. I honestly didn’t have high expectations from Massage Envy, but boy was I wrong. Olga has not only a great professional manner, but she’s extremely thorough and is not afraid of extractions. My face was as smooth as a baby’s bottom after I left. I’ve been going to her monthly for six months now and my skin has greatly improved. It’s quite obvious that she enjoys what she does and is passionate about her job. She’s the BEST!

The atmosphere is very relaxing and I’ve never had a bad experience with any therapist. The only thing I’m not 100% sold on is the fact that you need to get a membership in order to get reasonable pricing. Other than that, the staff is exceptional.

I was a member at this location (Berkeley Heights) for just over a year. I cancelled my membership due to having a baby. The last month of my membership, the cancelled 3 of my appointments because the prenatal therapists had emergencies or changed schedules. I will now have to leave with 2.5 massages. I won’t be able to fulfill these because I am having a baby. I am very disappointed the way this last month has gone. I would never join another massage envy.

My massage was great; I was skeptical walking in because it’s in a strip mall so I wasn’t expecting much. Once you are led through the doors to the massage room, it’s dark and quiet, there’s a small sitting area with water and tea for you to relax before the therapist comes to get you. The rooms have heated massage beds and are very comfortable. For the introductory rate, can’t be beat. But if you decide not to be a member, then the rates aren’t worth it — you could go to a more upscale spa for the prices they charge non-​members.

This place is pretty standard as far as Massage Envy spots go. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing, and the staff are very professional. Alvin did a great job in working out my knots, listening to feedback, and providing extra feedback on how to prevent future injuries.

Pleasantly surprised at how great my massage was with the female therapist (I can’t remember her name). I was afraid that the room would be noisy due to the fact that this place is in a strip mall, but it was quiet and lovely. The only downside of the experience was the sales pitch post-​massage about their «membership» and high-​pressure tactics to re-​book another appointment. Also, keep in mind that a 60-​minute booking is only a 50 minute massage and a 90-​minute booking is actually an 80 minute massage.
