We stopped by this place and ordered two of their juices: Detoxify and Energize. The drinks tasted very fresh, and the lady who worked there was super helpful. I didn’t order any of the food but I’ll definitely come back here again.

I’ve given this place many chances since this is the most convenient spot for bubble tea in my area. It is really a hit or miss with their bubble tea, it has really been inconsistent. The tapioca balls are either prepared properly or way too hard(feels like stones or gravel in the middle) or become complete mush. They really need to up their game with quality control. But unfortunately my final visit to this establishment was while I was waiting for my bubble tea to be made there were two ROACHES running around the front counter and disappeared behind the counter where my bubble tea was being made! I did pay for the bubble tea and didn’t cause a scene, because the woman behind the counter was so nice but I immediately threw it away. BUYERBEWARE this place is not sanitary!

I ordered a green tea bubble tea and chicken bbq panini. It was really good! The girl working here was so nice! We actually had a conversation for almost 2 hours lol the food took time to cook, which is understandable. The place was pretty chill. Prices were great. I would def go back for more bubble tea. It was only $ 3!

I absolutely hate leaving one star reviews but hopefully the owner of this business will use my review as constructive criticism. My boyfriend and I stopped by for some bubble tea and we couldn’t have been more disappointed. First off, why are the bubbles placed on top? #confused I mean take a look at my picture, our bubble teas just looked unappetizing from the start, right? My suggestion for the business owner is to work on the presentation of their bubble tea and to relearn how to cook tapioca bubbles. These tapioca bubbles were just awful. They weren’t your normal chewy tapioca balls, they were either too mushy or too hard. #bleh One more thing I would advise the business owner to do is to try and figure out just the right amount of tapioca bubbles to add to the bubble tea. We just had too many. After a couple of sips, we unfortunately ended up throwing our bubble teas away… As of now, I wouldn’t recommend this place for bubble tea. As far as their food, we didn’t try anything so no comment on that.

If I could give this place no stars I would all due to their lack of customer service. Let me start of by saying I never even got the chance to test their food so if you’re interested in a food review, this isn’t it. I ordered for delivery from this restaurant today(June 12, 2015) around 3:20 p.m. which was over an hour ago and I have yet to receive any food. I decided that it would be the best for me to call the restaurant and see what was going on with my order. I called a few minutes ago to see if my order had at least been sent out but the receptionists response was something along the lines of «Sorry, we didn’t understand your order». The question of the day is, what would’ve happened if I didn’t call??? All in all, I canceled my order and asked for a refund. The receptionist told me «We’re a little busy right now but as soon as I refund your money I’ll give you a call». This lady clearly knows absolutely nothing about costumer service. It too them less than 5 seconds to charge my card but now I have to wait for a refund after waiting over an hour to get food that I’ll never receive. Go figure. I would never recommend this place to anyone. ever.

I went to the store today to get a small bubble tea for $ 3.50, I got the bubble tea and it was fine but then I payed she didnt give me my change. I payed with a 4 and then she dismissed me with a smile like nothing was wrong. I talked to my friends about it and I found that I’m not the only victim. They never have coins for some reason and they try to take advantage of their customers which is unfair and plain wrong. Im never going their again.

Absolutely the best bubble tea in area. I’ve been searching for something good, happy I found. This really beats all competitors for sure. Even better than Chinatown in nyc. Quality ingredients! Healthy and affordable. The large is huge. Everything is made fresh and you can taste it. Tapioca balls are fresh and not stale and slimy like other places. Great service, local business! Very friendly couple owned who provide service with smile and answer questions. They will tailor your order to your desired sweetness. They are new and I hope they stick around.

The juice was good. Environment was a bit«all over the place». But for a quick natural juice. I recommend it.

Eek, I hate to be the first person to leave a negative review but I really was annoyed by my recent order from Only1place. A couple weeks ago, I placed an order through Seamless and it was pretty ok. My order, consisting of ‘Radiant Red Beauty Detox,’ ‘Grooving Guyabano,’ and ‘chicken caesar panini’ was a bit over $ 15 including tax and tip. Although I could tell they added lots of water in my Red Detox Juice(I know it ’cause I juice at home) and breads on chicken Caesar panini were soggy, Grooving Guyabano was quite satisfying to manage my disappointment from the previous two. However today’s ordering process from only1place really got on my nerve. Like previous time, I also ordered from Seamless. 1 grilled salmon and 1 Belgian waffle(with extra topping of coconut strawberry) came out to be a bit over $ 15 with tip and tax again. Soon after receiving the order confirmation email, a lady from Only1place called me that the delivery minimum is $ 20. I said the minimum is stated as $ 15 on Seamless. Then she said I still need to order more because that $ 15 must be met without tax and tip. Alright, so I ordered 8 pieces of Poffertjes($ 3) and told her I’ll pay that in cash. But she still wanted to take money from me as much as she could. She said my extra topping«coconut strawberry» is actually two toppings and would need extra .50 cents if I wanted both. Though that’s not how it was listed on Seamless(coconut strawberry was listed together as one topping), I didn’t want any more argument and canceled coconut. She asked me whether I prefer fresh strawberries, and I said«yes.» Delivery time was about the same as last time, approx 30 minutes. The driver was nice and all but for some reason would ask me for $ 4 instead of $ 3… I had to call only1place to ask for this extra dollar charge, but without any apology or explanation, she just said«leave $ 3 instead» and hung up. I finally opened my food, but alas, there is COCONUT instead of strawberries on my waffle. I mean I understand(and would give them a benefit of doubt) that they might have run out of strawberries. But couldn’t she inform me that when I called her just now? The salmon was tiny, grilled zucchini and sweet potatoes were burnt, and(the supposedly 8 piece) Poffertjes only came in 7. The Belgium waffle, despite the wrong topping, was pretty close to the Belgium waffles I’ve had in the city(I.e. Wafels and Dinges) so I’d recommend that. Poffertjes was worth trying as well. Overall, I was disappointed on how they do not honor their own menu on Seamless. I strongly suggest just visiting them in person and don’t bother with ordering online.

I love this place! I come here everyday for the fresh juices. They also have bubble tea, paninis, dumplings. It’s very inexpensive. And the staff is so nice and accommodating. It’s a new place and has only been around for a few months. It’s a gem.
