Had a lot of clothes to wash so decided to go to nearest laundromat. Walked in half the machines were out of order … The clerk that should be washing And folding clothes was sitting at counter eating for about an hour as all the dryers were done … Mind you no free dryers available. Probably should have walked out when I noticed a hand full of machines were out of order but hey never again …

Have been using them for over a year and have been very satisfied. Clothes are promptly returned two days after pickup, clean and folded neatly. Have never had a problem and they have always been flexible about me dropping off late. Considering how expensive washing and drying is in my apartment complex, this is worth it.
