I booked BBZ the night before my daughter’s prom. Although it was very last minute, it could not have worked out better had she reserved the limo a month in advance. Carlos was extremely helpful, professional and responsive in the booking office, the car was clean and new and their driver was punctual, if not early. We would definitely use them again.

I booked my daughters prom car and I was such a great experience. They made the process of booking easy, they are great to respond to your calls or email quickly, pick up and driver were great. My daughter came home from the prom with nothing but good things they truly made her prom experience a rememberable one. I would definitely recommend this place and use them again. The first time I spoke with and met with representatives from BBZ limo, they seemed nice. Then after a while, they ignored my phone calls and emails for weeks until I gave up and went to another company. I don’t know if they thought I was poor or something, but I was ready to book vehicles for a total of $ 2k. I guess they didn’t want my business.

I have to say, the only good experience I had with BBZ limousine was that they were on time. The driver of our stretch limo had a bad attitude and didn’t want to take out the umbrella… It was raining and we had a wedding…
Second, the rolls Royce we were contracted for was not the one we received. They said the one I chose just got into a car accident so they showed up in the older model that smelled like a burning clutch. The driver drove with the windows open… as it was raining… and got the wedding dress wet.
When they arrived at the reception hall, the driver of the stretch had the audacity to tell me they ran 30 minutes over the allotted time and asked me to pay for that time. Needless to say I refused to pay anything extra for a car I did not choose and due to possible damage to the dress that cost me $ 4000.
Then, as soon as we were all out of the limousines, the driver in the rolls Royce lit up a cigarette in the car… then proceeded to slam the car into the parked stretch limousine. BBZ limousine… I will not use your company again and I will not be referring you to anyone else… and you might want to consider changing your drivers.

This company was recommended to me by my sister who had a great experience with them. We used them for a day in the city. Very friendly and easy to book. Driver showed up early and was also very friendly. He knew his way around the city very well. Price was reasonable and limo was new. Thank you for a great day. Would highly recommend

I never used a livery service before this. I was going to NY to see a play and wanted the day to be stress free. Miguel, the driver was fantastic. Pick up time was a few minutes early which was terrific. I was able to see the tree at Rockefeller center in addition to the play. I felt safe and confident with Miguel’s driving and it was just the best experience. He was polite and friendly! He was directly outside the theater when the show ended. I felt like a queen and the day was perfect!

Steve and Kristyne were so professional and friendly to work with in coordinating plans for my wedding. Everything went so smoothly and your staff, especially Carlos, was amazing. Carlos went above and beyond… making sure we enjoyed the champagne toast and even getting crazy glue for a bridesmaid’s broken heel! I would definitely recommend BBZ Limo.

My daughter was married on September 13 of 2015; BBZ was amazing, they waited for my daughter as she was still getting ready when they arrived. The driver was so helpful getting all the girls in and out of the suburban. The ride was comfortable and cool, as it was hot on the 13^th.
BBZ also picked up a guest at the nursing home, put the wheelchair in the car, made the person comfortable, and picked him up at the designated time. We forgot the limo driver was outside, however, he waited, not a word, not a look, just waited with a smile.
My daughter and my son in law were picked up after the wedding and taken home, it was in a town car, they said the ride was comfortable, and the driver was very helpful with her Cinderella dress.
We live in Bergen County, the wedding was in Central Valley, NY, so the ride was about 45 or 55 minutes from here. The rate we were charged was extremely fair, and you could not beat the service.

My husband used BBZ for the engagement proposal. Superlative service! Everyone he worked with was wonderful — enthusiastic, helpful, and totally on it! We will be using them for everything possible from now on, and totally recommend them to everyone!

I rented a Rolls Royce here for my wedding and everything went quite well. We ended up cutting a deal with them and not getting the wedding package since we only needed the car to transport me and my parents to the venue where we would be getting married and use the car for about 30 minutes worth of pictures. Our driver was on time and the car was nice. The car seemed a little nicer in the photos than the car that arrived, but it served its purpose and the price was right.

We used BBZ limousine for our wedding and honeymoon. We couldn’t be happier with their services. Great prices, professional, and on time. So happy they were able to accommodate us at the last minute! Thanks!

I have used BBZ a few times now. The first time we used them was for our wedding. We rented a 36 passenger party bus. It arrived on time, the bus driver was amazing! He was friendly, and he knew where he was going. We then used them for the pick up and airport drop off for our wedding. The driver showed up promptly at 3:00am, water in hand and ready to take our suitcases. Our driver coming home was also great! Our flight was delayed and ended up landing at JFK, rather thank Laguardia. Luckily, BBZ was tracking our flight, and after 15 hours of travel we were so happy to see our driver, at the right airport!!! Lastly, I used them this past weekend for a bachelorette party, our driver showed up early, dropped us off and left us with his number to call him when we were ready to leave. All in all, bbz was a pleasure to work with, from start to finish! I will be using them again, and you guys should check them out!

Outstanding. As with other executive class car services, BBZ was professional, courteous, responsive. Our driver was waiting for us at the airport baggage claim despite our significantly delayed arrival. He helped us with bags, had the SUV conveniently parked, and had us on the road in no time. He asked if we had preferences re: route/​directions. He helped us unload bags to the door. He was friendly and attentive but not suffocating.
I would use BBZ again in the ny/​nj area in a heartbeat. Prices are all relative — compared to a cab, it’s exorbitant. Compared to other top tier car services in major cities, their rates are right in line.

This past weekend I booked a stretch limo with them as part of my engagement proposal, and the driver arrived early, he texted me & I was able to customize everything inside — she was thrilled with the entire night and BBZ Limo was essential.

I called on BBZ limousine for an upcoming event that occurred this weekend. We were picked up in North Jersey in an 8 passenger limo for 6 people which provided a comfortable amount of space to sit as well as for our bags. (and this was a bachelorette party so there were a LOT of bags) Our driver, Bill, was professional, accommodating and punctual not to mention a very nice guy. He got us to Atlantic City in great time while driving safely. He helped with all of our bags both there and back.
The limo itself may have just gotten air in the tires or maybe our bags were too heavy but it was a little bit of a bumpy ride home. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars but definitely not at the fault of the driver, company or service.
I highly recommend these guys as they are professional and extremely accommodating with competitive rates. I will absolutely use them again.
