Very honest, knowledgeable and fairly priced. Ed came over and fixed my washing machine and gave me a pointer on what to do with my dishwasher (which was not cleaning dishes), as it seemed like everything was in order with it. He didn’t charge me for looking at the dishwasher and it seems like his advice was spot on (or maybe spot off as far as dishes go). I would definitely recommend his services and will use him again when the time arises.

Ed Soycher from American Appliance is fantastic – professional, personable, and highly knowledgeable. Our washing machine stopped running on the weekend, 2 days before my wife was scheduled to be induced into labor for our first kid. Our landlord has a standing contract with PSE&G, but after we waited for close to an hour on hold for an operator, they told us that it would be 10 days before they could come to take a look at it. Ed came on a Sunday, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed within 30 minutes – with no additional charges and at a total cost of only $ 2 more than just the walk-​in fee that PSE&G cited.
