Total disappointment and waste of money. Wasn’t scared a single time. Each haunt took like 3 minutes to walk through and there were almost no actors. Don’t waste your money.

Seven Floors of Hell is one of the biggest disappointments of any ‘Haunted’ House I have ever been too — so much so that afterwards I considered demanding a refund which is something I do not do. Instead of being too explanatory, I’ll just summarize my thoughts in a few points: 1) The venue did a poor job of moving people through each ‘floor’ — it was incredibly overcrowded to the point where you saw the 8 people right in front of you get jumped by what was about to pop at you. 2) Each ‘floor of hell’ was like the hell of a bad dollar store with really unimpressive and lame cheap-looking props. So bad my fiancée and I laughed about it. 3) The ‘floors’/houses were way too small and for many, there were no actors at all so all you had to do was look at the bad décor. There are a few other really great Haunted Houses in Northeast Ohio, such as Bloodview or Spooky Ranch — don’t waste your money on this dud.

This place is simply not scary. There are many houses and it kills a good amount of time but for the same price you could get a real quality scare at the basement in Pittsburgh, PA. Me and my friends had fun but the sets were pretty plain and with few decorations and more animatronics than actors. There were a couple unique moments in the circus themed house and the house of nightmares, other than that it was lacking any actual scares. Might get a jump or two outa you, maybe it’s meant for a younger crowd?

This venue has potential but the lacks in too many areas. The biggest issue is that they cram too many people into venue. I understand it is a business but there is an obligation to be fair to the customers as well. Each house was over crowded with people. The idea of going into a haunted house is to be scared or startled. If you see the actors jump out at other people you already can expect what id happening. Often times the actors didn’t even try to scare anyone because the rooms were too filled with people. We spoke to the manager to voice our concern and he was rude and argumentative. He told us «life isn’t fair deal with it» I have never heard a manager in any industry say this to a paying customer. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

A little more geared toward the younger crowd. Too many props & not enough actors. It was certainly not what we expected. By «7 floors» they mean 7 tents in a fairground type area. The carnival type tent was a little too ICP-ish for me. The speed pass made it worth the 2+ hour drive.
