John David Salon and Spa

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! I would only go to this salon if you enjoy listening to David complain, take calls while you are in his chair, and bark at his staff. I went in for a consultation and David quoted me $ 300 for a keratin treatment. Then, the day of the appt, he told me the price was $ 50 more then the original price, and that he did not have the product to do the treatment coming in until the following day, so I would need to reschedule. (A professional would have called in advance to tell me this!) I asked him about the price difference, he told me he misquoted me in our original consult (no apology!) I made a new appointment anyway, only to receive a call ten minutes later saying he actually could not fit me in, and I should find a salon that could, and that he did not appreciate me asking about the price change. This was the most unprofessional, haphazard, & rude I have ever had! As enjoyable as it is to hear David complain about his personal issues, his prices are completely disproportionate to the service this salon offers. SAVE YOUR MONEY & DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
