Abundant Taxi

My first time to Bentonville Arkansas I was unaware of the luxury cars they have and was VERY professional. I would recommend this company to everyone. 100% satifaction.

I never write reviews, but I had a poor experience with this company, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Transportation for five, to Eureka Springs, was scheduled over the phone. I also paid with a credit card over the phone. I was told a luxury car or suburban would pick us up at 1:30. Our driver arrived early in a nice Mercedes wagon. We had no problems getting to Eureka. I can’t say the same for getting home. After I called with the time we wanted to be picked up, I starting getting calls from Abundant. The company could not find my info, my credit card, records of my calling and scheduling, on and on. I was on the phone and on hold-​more than once!- when I should of been enjoying dinner with my family who was visiting. It was a hassle and annoying. When our ride home finally arrived it was a large old van. Our driver did not know how to get us home and the ride in the shaky, bumpy van was a rough one. We had to pop open a van window, in the rain, just to get some air. When we arrived at our residence the driver wanted to be paid! I explained I had paid over the phone and had been called by the owner etc. Then the driver said «well our dispatcher Mandy says you didn’t give her a credit card number». At that point I was DONE. I told her to work it out with the owner and got out. GUESS WHAT– my card was charged for the FULL AMOUNT that night. Totally unprofessional. Will never use them again.

Steve, the night guy, with abundant taxi is a saint. He needs a bonus ASAP. Not only did he drive all the way to Fayetteville to pick me up at 3:30am during the Ice-​apocalypse, he also drove all the way to Rogers to pick up my sister before dropping us off 30 min early for our flight out of XNA. This guy’s shift was suppose to end at 4am, however, he continued to pick up us and other passengers while the phone line was still being re-​directed to him. This company better act fast not to lose him. Thank you so much, Steve! You are awesome!
