We really enjoyed our stay here. If you love animals, hiking, and yummy breakfasts, then this is the place to go! Kevin was so nice about letting us visit with the animals and taught us a lot about camels! :) It’s a great place to get away for a weekend and feel refreshed!

This is our 2nd weekend spent at Ocoee Mist Farm and B&B. We love the place. Quiet, peaceful and breathtaking views. We are animal lovers and the greeting committee of puppy’s and peacocks is like none other! The innkeepers(Kevin and Carol) are so gracious, helpful and just all around sweethearts. Staying at a B&B is a different kind of experience and one if the biggest ingredients are the hosts and that’s one of the reasons we love this place. The location is gorgeous. Nestled in a valley in the North Ga Mts. This is out in the country and it’s a working farm. No mints on your pillows or high tea here… just simple, cozy, and super sized accommodations. Our room is huge, sporting a King size bed and has a working fireplace! Next up «The animals»… Dogs, cats, goats, chickens, llamas, a horse, a few donkeys, 1 camel named Mel and a peacock that’s the star if the menagerie. As I mentioned we love animals and this place has got them. We can walk straight up to the barn and pet and feed them carrots and apples. All good. I have no shame in saying that I’m an uptight, city slicking, asphalt loving diva but I do enjoy coming here for a few days, unplugging and getting away from all the traffic, concrete and my comfort zone. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to get back again soon.

This place is a perfect weekend retreat. Just a couple miles from the Ocoee and several outfitters, this place is a great place to stay if you’re in town for Ocoee adventures, or just need a quiet place away from your weekly routine. Incredibly relaxing and comfortable… I look forward to returning soon!
