We specialize in wedding & event florals & décor. We offer rental items, linens, invitations, & gifts with both silk & fresh flowers. We are unique in that no two designs are alike. Each bride is an individual with flowers designed to her theme and likes. We have over 30 years experience in the floral industry and have served many second generation brides. We are a vendor member of ABC (Assoc. of Bridal Consultants) and a CSS — Certified Sandals Specialist. We can help you plan your destination wedding or honeymoon, or special get away at any of the luxury included Sandals or Beaches Resorts. I am also a Notary Public.

History

Established in 1986.

We have been serving the northwest Louisiana area since our first shop in 1981, Benton Flowers & Gifts. After that sold, I freelanced for many years before going into wedding florals on a continuing basis. In 2004, I incorporated Adcock & Associates, Inc. I am currently rebranding to Adcock Wedding & Event Florals, to better represent what we do.

Business Owner

Beginning in 1974, I entered the wholesale floral industry as a bookkeeper. From there I became a salesperson and buyer. In 1981 I bought a fledgling floral shop in Benton and grew the business successfully. In January, 1986, I sold the shop to raise 3 children. As they grew, I began free lance work for other shops and designers, traveling to many different states. In the mid 1990’s, I turned to doing more weddings on my own, growing the business from there. In 2004, Adcock & Assoc. Inc. was incorporated. I continue to seek education to update and grow with the new market and trends.
