I was stranded in Benton Harbor needing to be towed to Grand Rapids– Jeff’s Towing was fantastic and totally came to my rescue! I called several other towing companies in the area that seemed to just not want to tow that far, but Jeff’s took down my info and arrived within 20 mins (kind of amazing timing for a tow company, to be honest.)
The driver was SUPER friendly, personable and made having to hitch a ride with him back to GR a lot less awkward than it could have been!
These guys are great!
