Service from Hell. I can’t believe the problems I’ve had with having my RV repaired at this company. Since December 17^th, 2013, when I first agreed with Phillip Holly, the owner, to have our RV repaired there, until today, the repair is still not finished.
Two parts had to be ordered from Jayco. It took two months to get the parts, and even after the parts were finally delivered on February 14^th, I wasn’t informed. I have had to prod them continuously to find out when the parts would ship, if they shipped, if there was a tracking number, and have been repeatedly given excuses and evasive answers. Due to the lack of follow up on their part, today I called Lamesa RV in Tucson ((the RV dealer that had to order the parts from Jayco) and spoke with Maggie in their parts department. She gave me the tracking numbers for the two parts and after I checked with UPS tracking, I found out the parts had been delivered 5 days previously on February 14^th. Today is Wednesday, February 19^th. Now I’m told, I’ll have to wait until March 3^rd, before they can schedule me back in to finish the repairs.
I’m a very reasonable man, but this repair to our RV (which is our home while we travel), is taking an inordinate amount of time to complete and causing us unnecessary additional expenses. I would go somewhere else if I hadn’t had the insurance check made out in both my name and their name and sent by our insurance company to them. It is just ridiculous.
I’ll follow up with this review after the work is completed and indicate how the remaining repair is done as and if any effort is made to reimburse me for the additional expenses I’ve incurred, or if I’m just apologized to and sent on my way. Phil has already apologized, but that isn’t getting the repair finished in a professional and timely manner.
