The Express Process…

1. Call us for a free quote or stop by

We will set up an appointment to come over to your home to give you a concrete quote. Our trained sales staff always comes prepared with a bunch of samples to choose your products: cabinets, tiles and or countertops.

2. Accept the Quote

Once you feel comfortable and ready to commit to the project, we require a 70% deposit when the contract is signed and/​or when we come to template.

3. Template (Countertops)

Within 48 hours of signing with us, we will contact you to arrange your measure/​template.

4. Fabrication (Countertops)

We take your template, set it on top of the granite slab, and then cut the pieces out. Once cut, your pieces are sent over to the «fabricator.» The fabricator shapes your edge profile using a router and/​or grinding stones. He also cuts out the sinks and grinds the roughness of the stone down. Your granite pieces pass one more craftsmen, the polisher. By the time the granite reaches the polisher its shape is permanent; thus, his role is to simply make it smooth and shine.

5. Installation (Countertops)

You’ll receive a call from our office to set up an install appointment, always at your convenience. You will only have one responsibility at the installation phase and it is to physically be there. Our install crew will take care of the rest, starting with removal (if any) of your existing countertops, then setting in your new and beautiful counters.
