I own Philadelphia Privage Gym since 2000 and have been a personal trainer since 1984. A couple years back I found out someone else in our area has been advertising using my gyms name as it is there’s. On there web site it reads they are Philadelphia Private Gym. So I called them and sure enough the young lady who answers the phone said that they are Philadelphia Private Gym.
So I get the owners info and call to talk to him. And he said they have many places and yes one of them is Philadelphia Private Gym. So I explained I own that name and have it trade marked also.
I have used Wood & Floge office for legal maters in the past. So I called Bob D. and he convinced the people using my name to stop doing it.
