Usually when I go to a Philly Pretzel Factory the pretzels are warm or even hot. The pretzel I purchased here were cold. Tasty, but cold. Not what I was expecting and certainly not as advertised on the company’s website with «We bake fresh pretzels throughout the day ensuring that every Pretzel is served «hot outta of the oven».

Really, this place really knows what they are doing! Kudos to the staff! I have visited sooo many and they are all not EQUAL to this one! I heard this owner was a partner at the 2nd location in philly and sold out so he could move to Bensalem because he loves the area. Well the staff and owner have the magic stuff! Love this place and the manager is 2nd to none!

I left Philly 7 years ago, but if you ask anyone who knows me well what I miss the most about Philly, they won’t answer my family or friends, or even my beloved Flyers, they will tell you it is Philadelphia soft pretzels! Every time I come home on vacation, I pretty much only eat these pretzels in hopes that I could somehow get sick of them and never want them again. This never works and only makes my cravings worse! It’s to the point now where I don’t even go home to visit my friends and family because I miss them, I only go home when I can’t fight off the cravings and longer!

OK, so, we moved to California 5 years ago and our first stop when we visit back east is the Philly Soft Pretzel Factory on Street Road in Bensalem. It’s the absolute BEST! The pretzels fly out of there so fast that there are always hot pretzels ready! I tried a few other locations, but the pretzels tasted different and/​or were cold. This location is the REAL DEAL! You can’t beat the prices at any of the Philly Pretzel Factory spots either. Great deals on bulk pretzels. We could get a huge box for the family at a minimum sum! And it included mustard! This is about the only thing I miss about the east coast… The Philly Soft Pretzel Factory! I want to open one here in the SF Bay area, but they’re not expanding here yet. I’ll keep my eye out for when they do. That is my next career! Kudos to the Bensalem location!!! You know how to do it right!

Great prices (35 for $ 10, 15 for $ 5) and the pretzels are served still warm from the oven. Personally, I love the rivets at $ 7 for a box since they are more portable and you get more shell per bite. Try them with the honey mustard dip or the chocolate, if you want something that is simultaneously sweet and salty. Service is very fast and friendly.

Wow, this place is fantastic!!! Just left my house and forgot to bring something to the New Years Eve PARTY when out of the corner of my eye I see a 25 ft inflatable mascot holding a pretzel! Then BAM I pull in and bought a fresh hot bag of pretzels for my hour ride & a Party Tray for the party! Staff was super friendly and the pretzels were the best I have ever had!!! This will be my new spot for a cheap breakfast and ohhh the party tray is unbelievable…
