The apartment is spatious and comfortable. It is pretty quiet for the most part because of the area, but depending on your neighbors, it can be loud because the walls aren’t very thick.

We’ve lived here (2 adults and a baby) for 9 months. It is nothing like the pictures online! Every door hinge, knob, and thinkable surface is coated in multiple layers of cheap white paint, making the doors stick and creak open which is awesome when you’re baby is sleeping. The subfloor and joists under the carpet are so creaky and loud which makes us have to jump around like playing «keep off the lava» when our baby sleeps (kids sleep a lot). All of the appliances are apartment sized (meaning teeny tiny) and old as dirt. The maintenance crew rehabbed the outside of all the buildings giving them a facelift to seem newer with clean covers on the AC units so you think they aren’t 40+ years old. They are. We’ve been told by each maintenance worker that the second floor apartments’ AC systems cannot keep up in the summer making it unbearably hot (it got up to 88 in July and August) and the first floor apartments send heat up the second floor apartments in the winter making it ice cold down there. Our electric bills are $ 300+ although we try to be very energy conscious. These apartments are also supposed to be non-​smoking, but our downstairs neighbors smoked inside, sending it up to ours all day, and the front office told us they cannot tell them not to smoke so they gave us an air purifier to help with the smell — sending our electric bill up higher. The hot water heaters are a joke! One shower and none is left. The dryer vents into a box that you have to keep full of water instead of it venting outside, making the bathroom a hot humid box. It’s awful in the summer. The pet policy is no aggressive breeds — so they told us we could be evicted if we kept our pit bull, but there are 3 other pits and 1 Rottweiler in the same complex. Also, no one obeys the poop and scoop rule so there are landmines everywhere. We live in the villa complex on the second floor. I would advise you to choose another apartment. $ 939 a month
