For the past 3 years, I have had to go here to get fingerprinted for school and also work. When I first went here, I got lost trying to figure out where it was located. After I found the building, I was able to quickly locate the suite that they were in. Almost every time I have gone here to get fingerprinted (except once) it was an in and out deal, there was no waiting. The one time I did have to wait, it was almost closing time so a few people were here after they were done work or classes.
The man who does the fingerprinting has been doing my fingerprints every time I have come. He makes sure that it is quick and that your fingerprinting is done correctly. If not done correctly (for a few reasons that aren’t his fault), he lets you know that you may either have to come back and do the fingerprinting again or your job or school will search for the clearance in a different way. Once you are finished, he reminds you that your information will be sent to you in however many days it will take. (Mine takes 10 days).
