i had a terrible experience with this place. instead of they’re motto being «if we do something right, tell a friend if we do something wrong tell us» they’re mottto is «if we do something wrong shove it» i ordered roast beef normally very good, but when i got it home i saw it was still very tough and he promised when i ordered it it would be ready at 230 for my 300 party. also, he didnt pack it tightly causing all the gravy to drench my hoagies which were not packed seperately, and hence makeing them inedible. also, he offered to make me a meat and cheese tray and instead what was in the oreder was a block of cheese&a pound of soprasatta, which was greasy and stale tasteing. the fact that the food was ill prepared and not what i had ordered was not my biggest concern .i was mortified at the way they handled the complaint. when my husband got home with the food i was immediately dissappointed, i called right away. the woman who answered the phone was the wife and insisted she could nothing because she didnt take the order although she packed it and was the only person there when my husband got there so clearly was in charge. she told me right away that they would not be takeing the food back once it left the store, and the only compensation she finally offered was for me to drive back with the food, she would cook the beef and remake the hoagies, rediculous offer considering it was 300 and my guest were there which i stressed several times. her other offer was to have new food delivered once her husband returned which i did find reasonable, but that never happened nor did he call me back. i ordered more food from a local deli and put all guiseppies food away to be handled the next morning. what happened the next day was shocking!!! i drove up there to speak to the owner who also took my order promised the meat would be tender, and ready to be served and offered to make me the meat and cheese tray. i explained all my complaints. the wet hoagies the tough meat and the cheese and meat i did not order. he insisted the hoagies were my fault because i must have driven like a maniac, and the meat was fine and had to be cooked was all, even tho he promised it was ready to be
for the cheese and meat that was 30 bucks for 1lb each, the explanation he offered was that tray orders must be placed 24 hour in advance and that i called at 9am. this was reasonable but that wasnt his tune when i was placeing my order he offered the
for the food i couldnt eat or use because it wasnt ready in time for my guest he offered me this suggestion «u can throw it in the dumpster for all i care im not takeing it back» he offered absolutely no compensation for my trouble or disssapointment and furthmore lied and said he told me it had to be cooked in the crock pot. nothing could be further from the truth, he insisted the meat was tender and ready to be picked up and served. terrible bussiness. he basically took an order he knew could not be done in time and instead of being honest and telling me that, tried to rush thru it to collect, and told me to shove it when i called him on his mistake. this experience was so outragous i honestly thought i was being punked!!! if you oreder from there please inspect your food befor you leave, because customer satisfaction is not they’re priority.
