My car broke on February 2013 it had a broken transmission hose fitting repair was a little expensive but I broke down near my work at parx casino and it was cheaper to tow here than near my house in Philadelphia they did give me a ride to the train station and I had to pick up the car the next day I guess it was ok service.

Referred here by a coworker after a very bad experience with Pep Boys. Alexander’s took excellent care of my old Subaru Forester. Spoke to me like an adult instead of «some stupid broad». Always called with a clear list of work to be done with solid estimates. Never tried to get me to have unnecessary repairs. When I traded in the Forester it had over 125K miles and still ran well. I bought a used Honda Civic and took it to Alexander’s instead of the dealership because of the great service. They took care of my Civic for 5 years (about 70K miles). No issues no complaints. These guys are top notch. Shane is the greatest. All mechanics should take a lesson from this place!

This is the only place I trust in a world of garages that try to fleece you. I’ve been coming here for 10 years and have given them multiple chances to rip me off, including a smoking engine. All I needed was an oil filter replacement when I was expecting to hand over half my paycheck. They tell you exactly what needs to be done and they’ll even tell you everything is good and in a couple months you may need whatever you thought you needed now.
