History

Established in 1986.

Originally opened in 1986 by Doug Stephens, Stephens Auto Repair has been through a number of phases. For the first ten years or so, Stephens Auto was predominantly a tire retailer. They then became a small used car dealership with auto repair until they closed in 2009. In 2011 Andy Estrada bought the business, breathing life back into the Stephens Auto Repair name. Andy, with his extensive training and certification coupled with state of the art diagnostic equipment has poised Stephens Auto Repair to be successful in diagnosing and repairing today’s technologically advanced vehicles.

Business Owner

Andy’s journey to become a professional Automotive Technician began when he got on a Greyhound bus in Temecula, CA and headed to Universal Technical Institute in Mooresville, NC. Andy graduated at the top of his class with a contract with Volvo Cars of North America. Volvo sent him to Phoenix, AZ for a four month intensive training program to become Volvo Certified. After graduating from the Volvo Training program he landed in Annapolis, MD to fulfill his contract.

Fast forward to 2012, Andy is coming up on his 10^th year as a professional Automotive Technician and loves every aspect of owning his own business.
