Ricky and Sue provided exceptional customer service, helping my fiancé and me with a problem that should not have been theirs to deal with. Between the 4 of us, we were chatting/on the phone with Customer Care and the Online Team for 2.5 hours, to no avail. The problem hasn’t yet been resolved, but the Bennington staff did everything in their power to help right the wrong. Next time we need to upgrade, we’ll definitely go straight into the retail store.

I have been a customer of AT&T for 10 years and this past September upgraded my phones. The sleazy guy who sold us the phones in their Bennington, VT store added all kinds of features I never agreed to. Every month since, these charges have been on my bill and every month I call to have them removed and get the updated balance which I pay. Three months later they shut off my phones for a past due amount for the same stated charges because they credited the wrong month, with reactivation fees tacked on. All I have to say is AT&T sucks and everyone should leave them before they bury you in unfounded charges.
