I love my local branch of US Bank. Sarah is amazing. Most of the tellers remember your name too. I love the small town feeling you get. Everyone is so courteous and very respectful of your time. They are friendly but very quick to process your transaction.

I have one of my business accounts with US Bank and i must say, it is a much more pleasurable experience than my «other» bank. I never have to wait very long to be helped, they have many people on staff and the everyone is nice, courteous, prompt, and helpful.

Benicia, CA
I closed an account at another bank and went in to open a savings account here. Within 15 minutes my new savings account was linked to my checking, was available for online banking and was linked to my existing ATM card. I have never had a problem with US Bank’s customer service, they really are first rate. The staff at the Benicia branch has always been very helpful and professional.
