Great customer servicd on the phone! It is nice when you order an xtra large pizza and you actually get a nice size pizza that is worth the price. The house salad is good with added mozzerella and black olives and Blue Cheese dressing. Yummy!

Terrible service. Walked in here with my gf and all 4 workers looked at us and didn’t do shit. No greeting whatsoever. So, we decided to seat ourselves. After waiting for 5 – 10 minutes with no response from the staff, we decided to walk out.
Wow, what a horrendous experience. FYI, the restaurant was empty. No customers whatsoever. I guess they’re great at keeping customers away from their establishment. If I can give negative star, I would. Don’t ever go here.

No complaints here! Always delivers! Friendly staff, pizza done right. We do have to specify «light sauce» but other than that great place for dine in and delivery.

I ordered the Family meal for 24.99. It was a large 1 topping pizza, small salad and half a french roll with cheese. Not bad if you have 2 – 3 ppl to eat it, but the salad would not stretch for 2. It pizza had good taste, but a bit more sauce than I personally like, which I should have ordered Light sauce. all and all a good place to eat.

We just had the best pizza!!! Napoli’s pizza is always good… But tonight it was amazing!!!

We stopped here after doing a Unilocal lookup on our way back down the coast. We shared a chopped Italian salad, and a healthy pizza. The service was friendly, and the food was good. We will definitely be back again.

Pepperoni Pizza extra cheese! Friendly service if you dine in. They make you feel at home, although kind of small it’s filled with love ! Salad is pretty good as well .My fav place close to my house :)

Best pizza in Vallejo. This is how pizza is supposed to be made with thick, bready crust, great homemade sauce, and quality toppings. Delivery is always on time.

I e ordered from here a few times, pizza has typically been decent. The issue today is the fact that my whole household ended up food poisoning after eating from here on Monday. First it was my 1 year old daughter throwing up all night, we let her eat the toppings and cheese. Then her mother ended up praying to the porcelain gods, followed by myself with most uncomfortable food poisoning I’ve ever had. I honestly have to wonder if the kid that delivered the pizza was up to something, he had a strange presence about him, and I recall thinking, did this little fucker mess with my pie?

This review is strictly on my order for tonight. I’ve had Napoli’s before, and was happy with the food. So, that’s why I decided to order for delivery tonight.
We ordered a cheese pizza with olives, and a pepperoni pizza. The crust seemed to be burnt and was very tough/​hard to chew. And, the cheese pizza… Let’s just say all of the olives were in the center of the pizza. Weren’t spread out at all. Almost like someone dumped a bowl of olives upside down onto the pizza and just left them there to cook. Very very weird.
Anyhow, like I said, the crust seemed burnt/​tough and the whole olive thing was random.

Staff is friendly I ordered for pickup over the phone and ready in 30 mins. and didn’t have to wait when I got there. I ordered their special for the day 2 med pizzas one topping ea and wings all That for $ 43. Their pizzas start at $ 18 ea which the special made sense to try but I still find very pricey but I really wanted to try some local pizza.
Honestly the pizza taste wasn’t very good the crust was very hard to chew on, cheese and peperoni are ok. Sauce is a little on the heavier side. Watch out for heartburn! and wings were bland. I find Costco and papamurphys «pizza» much more tastier and much more affordable. Two stars because I received good service and they executed their product fast. This is my opinion for those who like affordable good quality pizza so I personally would not recommend this place. Sorry Napoli.

2 stars only because I found strong in my calzone. We usually order from them no problem at all. Some days the pizza is great, other days it’s so so. Tonight as I was taking a bite into my calzone, I thought I was just chewing on cheese. Then finally it was just weird that I could feel it stringy. I decided to pull out the «cheese,» and discovered it was in fact a long string. I called the shop to see who I can send a picture of this string to so I don’t Unilocal.They gave me a number to text someone he pic. haven’t heard back or I was given the wrong number. I don’t know how a piece of string can get in there if you are paying attention to how you cook. Luckily it was only a strongman and nothing else. I might need a break from this place.
Update: Whoever texted back said they didn’t know where that string could have come from and can’t tell what color the string is. Doesn’t matter what color it is now is cause it was smothered with pizza sauce! And does it matter what color the string is?! All that matters is that there was carelessness in preparing our food!

Best pizza in Solano County!
The super combo is sooo good. Homey. Heavy. Perfect for a cold night.
Pepperoni is good. The sauce is flavorful with the prefect kick.
I think they throw together their own ranch dressing too.

I just drove by this location the other day and was happy I could get my Napoli’s without driving to downtown Vallejo.
Ordered the Frank’s special with extra mushrooms, and it was de-​lish! I had a bunch of organic spinach and onions I needed to use up, so I sliced them up and baked them, then put them on the pizza… oh so good.
Learned something else. They offer a $ 3 coupon for any XL pizza, which basically brings it to the cost of a L. That is the way to go!

They’re pizza was really good and cheesy! I had order the x-​lg and 2 lg pizza and 12 pieces hot wings and everything was perfect and hot front the oven. What I like about it is that they had specials even though you didn’t need a coupon. Really fresh! The customer service was really nice and friendly. My 1^st time coming to this location, I sure will be back!

Came here again and this time my wife and I had problems with their menu items and ingredients.
First let’s start off with their House Salad. The salad as is was very delicious with fresh greens and salami. But I ordered a House Salad and there was no house, condo, or apartment in it. No door, floor boards or roof shingles. Some house salad this was.
To make things worse they got the salad dressing wrong too. I asked for blue cheese dressing but it was happy. Yes the dressing was great on my salad but I had to screen, insult, belittle, and degrade the dressing. After about 10 minutes of harassing the dressing its feelings went from happy to blue!
My wife ordered Caesar Salad. Like my House Salad she loved it. However, Napoli’s only had a small selection of Caesars on hand: Titus, Nero, and Geta. My wife will not order another Caesar Salad until they have Caligula, Julius, or Gordian II.
Now for the Pizza… We ordered a pizza with everything. We LOVED the pizza! But it did not have everything like we asked for. No roads, trains, helicopters. No trees, shrubs, or oceans. No oil refineries, tar pits, or DEVO. No London Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra during the Sir Edward Elgar years, soda machines, or babies. Worst yet… No TARTIS, Bog of Eternal Stench, or Death Star.
My wife will continue on eating at Napoli’s to keep a vigil watch on any changes!

When I ask for extra Great Pyramids on my pizza I better get extra Great Pyramids!!!
