I focus on family, fiancé, marriage, and citizenship cases. Consular processing at the National Visa Center is a routine part of the law practice. I am very familiar with visa processing in the middle east and Asia, particularly with issues that arise for Iran, Pakistan, India and Afghanistan. In addition, I have a working familiarity with visa processing in Manila, Philippines and Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. I also prepare I-​601 waiver and I-​601A provisional waiver applications.

History

Established in 1987.

For the first 10 years my law practice was located in San Francisco and focused on asylum and deportation defense work. In 1997 I relocated my practice to Benicia, California. Solano county became a part of the newly independent Sacramento office and more of my case load shifted to Sacramento. Benicia is ideally located between the immigration offices in San Francisco and Sacramento allowing me to serve clients from both office jurisdictions.
