The definition of a good attorney is actually having them be there when you needed it most. I used Mr. Bianchi’s services back in 2007 to obtain a will, living trust, power of attorney, etc, etc for my mother. The process was quick and simple and it gave us some peace of mind.
Fast forward 7 years later, my mother is out of the country due to a family emergency. I am left having to deal with ALL of her finances including managing a pending loan application and touching base with Kaiser to refill the prescriptions she takes to manage her cancer. Went in for our very first visit today and was greeted immediately by a nice young man along with James. We were helped very quickly and even on short notice. James and his assistant were more than helpful and knowledgeable about our situation. They not only took the time to explain to us step by step on how we move forward; but they even made us a printout since they knew it was a lot of information.
