Brows by Threads – Eyebrow Art

I do get my brows done here but only on weekdays they rush on the weekends and you come out looking terrible. They will clip your skin if you don’t pull tight and it hurts and you’ll have marks on your face for a few days.

Was sort of weird. So I left and didn’t get a service. Based on that, I give it three stars. It was difficult to understand the staff person, and the prices were not posted for henna or eyelashes.

This had to be the worst experience I have had in any type of salon ever.
I did not get the woman’s name, sorry. She was indian and while she was polite enough, I am not sure she spoke enough english to understand what I was saying. That would be the better option because if she did understand she just didn’t care one bit.
I was having a threading and when I sat up in the chair to look in the mirror, one side was arched and thin… the other bushy and straight across. When I was clearly not happy she looked at me like I had lost my mind and asked me which one I wanted her to fix.
Frankly, matching would have been a good start. The horrifying part was that she didn’t seem to think there was ANYTHING wrong!!! That made me afraid to even have her attempt to fix it.
Needless to say… I will not be back, or at the very least look for someone else if I do.
At this moment… I am going to search to see if I can find the proper person to write to and get my money back. Obviously… the eyebrows will have to grow themselves.

If you buy a Groupon for this business, they will not honor it. The lady with the Indian accent is so extremely rude here & will say «No, we don’t take Groupon here» even though they are listed on Groupon all the time…

Just got a full face threading by Reneta. She was fast, as gentle as possible and very nice to converse with during our short interaction. I’d definitely recommend her to my friends.

I may have had the same person Agatha K. had. The lady who did my eyebrows barely aknowledged my presence while I was the only person in there. To make matters worse she did a terrible job and ripped up both of my eyelids. I still had to pluck a lot of strays when I got home. She didn’t even say anything about my bleeding eyelids. I am never ditching my thread lady in Fairfield again!

This place is located in the Raley’s shopping area in a corner suite. I came in here with a promotional coupon that suggested $ 5 for any threading.
I usually get my eyebrows done in Fairfield but decided to try this place out since it was near.
I should’ve waited and drove the extra 15 miles to my go to place.
Came in, lady was on the phone, told her I had the coupon. Sat down, and we started, 5 minutes later we were done. She didn’t hang up the phone or try to small talk. She put the phone done, I could hear the people talking on the phone while I was getting my eyebrows done.
I told her can we get them thinner, she said no it would ruin the shape.
I came out of their in worst shape than I came in. Not only did I have two caterpillars for eyebrows, I was bleeding in one spot.
Now, I will go tmrw to my go to place and get this fixed.
Horrible experience. Horrible eyebrow shaping and theeading.
Never coming back.
